The maestros of merriment, BBJVI Executive Vice President and COO, Edgie Ruiz and the esteemed newly-elected village chief, Barangay Captain Abel Lopez, orchestrated the distribution of Noche Buena packs, transforming the atmosphere into a symphony of joyous melodies.
